New pet in the house

Three days ago I got a little white chicken,at first i thought that i should name her Milk but then i realised that it didn't really go will with her.I thought for a couple of minute and then I finally came up with a name,snow but then daddy suggested
 that we name her snowy.And I loved that name even more.

Fun Fact:
If you have an Australorp and an isabrown chicken and a  white leghorn they will tend to fight  at first.

Rainbow doggy Nelly

Today was the most awesome day i went to my best friends house and we played with their very funny guinea pigs and we also coloured the dog,nelson with some very colourful chalk  and also used some black marker pen and made it look like eye liner . we thought that nelson looked like a girl so we started calling him Nelly.

Yesterday I  had a play date with my friend Vienna,she lives in a fantastic big house with a huge TV.Her dad is a famous Australian cartoonist.She lives on the Gold coast which has some of Australia's best beaches.If you go down the back there is a boat ramp.They also have a big pool.The first thing that me and Vienna did was  paint our nails,then we got some cucumbers, put them on our eyes and relaxed while listening to calm music from the TV. After, we had an awesome time playing outside in the garage.Me and Vienna both had a turn on a wheel chair and a scooter and then we both had a blast playing hockey with two golf pucks and a tennis ball.We then made cupcakes by our selves and we followed this recipe:

11g butter

11g castor sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup self raising

1-2 tbsp milk

Bake at 180c for 15 minutes

but my dad had to put them in the oven and out again because we didn't want to bun our self .While we were waiting we toasted marshmallows by the fire place. when the cupcakes were ready me and Vienna scoffed up one each and they were delicious.

It is super cold in Brisbane because it is nearly winter But winter is my favourite season,I know that you guys think it is crazy but you get to stay inside,drink hot chocolate and watch TV so i am supper exited

Today at school everyone had subway and It was awesome and delicious.I had a wrap.It tasted like turkey,because it had turkey in it. Anyway I had a great day altogether!And I hope that I can tell you all about my fantabulous adventures later.

today I had the best day ever because my class raised the most money out of the whole school. We raised $112.00. Our Chaplin came into my classroom and wore a school uniform .She acted like a student for the whole day. It was so awesome. and we got to have a pizza party on the veranda because we won.

once me and my friend Vanessa were having a picnic with our dolls and we said they wake up crying if a truck comes by.So we put them to sleep and a truck came by and we did not notice  because we were day dreaming but the we heard it so we were just like"Oh truck,waaaaaaaaa"And those cries turned into laughs.

Hi I'm Emmaleigh. I am staying at Elouise's house to have a sleep over at her place. Tomorrow we are going ice skating and hope to have loads of fun.

My best friend Vanessa came over again. Tonight we are sleeping in the tent with my parents, and before we go to bed we will have toasted marshmallows witch will be super yummy. I cant wait.

one day when I had a vomit bug in my tummy my mum took me home early, so we went to the shops. I had a container full of snacks and just as I picked up my first biscuit......
I vomited in the container.

yesterday Vanessa came for a sleepover. It was awesome,  My other friend Emmaliegh and her brother came for a play date.We put up the tent but unfortunately we did not sleep in it so tonight we will. 

Everyday I have to clean the chicken cage.It is very hard work, you have to  get out the water and food put more food in the food container. Then you have to refill the water then, takeout the old newspaper and put in fresh paper.



 

This is cookie when we first got her .

She has a red chest and a little bit of green on the top off her tail. 

today we hand fed the chickens but I was really scared  because Rose my Rhode island red chicken pecks really hard. She is a feisty chook. I also have a black Australorp called Cookie. When we first got the chickens Cookie chased the turkey around. The first  night when we tried to get cookie in her pen she sprinted so fast that no one could catch her. We had to get out a big mat to try and trap her.

a few days ago I had to clean the chicken cage and it was really disgusting. Do you Know how much chickens poop? There has been rats coming in for the chickens food. Surprisingly the chickens food smells like ketchup.
